All torn up :-(

I would be referring to our new house. SADNESS, I know.
After a LONG night of packing and making sure EVERYTHING was ready to go... We moved into our house this past Saturday morning after the Thanksgiving holiday and got done in time to hurry to Kyle's playoff game. It was a close game but they won and will be playing in the Champoinship game on December 1st! GO AMERICANS!
We then hurried home (ALOT of hurrying that day!) to get ready for family pictures. Ryan walked into ourvery wet master bath, which he initially thought was from my showering. Well it partially was... OUR TOILET wasn't sealed and so it leaked from the base in the back and there was a clog that prevented the tub from draining and so that water also came out from the base of the toilet. A BIG WET MESS and lots of towels later we finally made it to the family photo shoot and our leak would be dealt with on Monday.

Here is one of the Reeves Family Pictures.

The water damages created by the leak are currently being fixed...

tearing up carpet and padding in the closet and entry of our master suite...

and from below they cut out the ceiling and insulation in our garage.
(sorry the picture is bad, the lens must have been dirty)

At first a moment of fury came over me, but my nice husband must be rubbing off on me... I am now only mildly annoyed at the inconvenience of having to stay home all day for a couple days while the workers are here, oh and a night of trying to sleep with THREE high powered fans in our room. I REALLY DID NEED MY NICE HUSBAND... hopefully he will continue to rub off on me.
The upside of this situation, WE DON"T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.

Ugh! I'm so glad they're paying for it and taking care of it all for you! How frustrating! I'm almost at my wits end with the house now that it's completely ours! Suddenly, our building superintendant and customer service rep have gone missing! There's lots that still needs to be taken care of and they've disappeared on me! grrrr! Good luck with your new house fun stuff! :) It'll all be over soon! :)
